CEDAC sponsors several housing initiatives for disabled and low-income clients.   We provide Construction Monitoring Services to the Home Modification Loan Program, a unique project that serves Massachusetts residents in need of accessibility upgrades to their homes.  Work includes additions, accessible kitchens and bathrooms, ramp-ways, elevators and lifts.   Our services include initial 'construct-ability' analysis of proposed projects and ongoing construction inspections through completion. 

We worked closely with the owner to develop a detailed cost-to-complete for a multifamily project saddled with a problematic general contractor.  Our report was key to providing an equitable settlement with the builder and his insurers which ultimately led to an adequately funded completion budget for a small investor. 

· Provided due diligence assessment services for large corporate accounts including commercial, portfolio, multifamily property transactions, capital planning

· Provided reporting and on-site review of construction fund requisitions for construction projects to $500M including housing, retail, site redevelopment, mixed-use development,  comprehensive rehabilitation
